QA/QC Introduction

XJ Group Corporation, regarding quality as soul, sets up and improves the production management and quality management system on the basis of precise measurement and standardization, carries out "Excellent product project", strives for the perfection in production and offers the top-quality products to our customers so as to meet the needs of our customers.

We introduced such advanced international quality management measures and concept as IPD (Integrated Product Design), CMM (Capacity Mature Model), QFD(Quality Function Deployment), to improve the effectiveness of corporation's quality management system. It has carried out "Zero Defect" quality management and established "quality and cost accounting system".

Persisting in "quality and benefit" developing strategy. XJ has been awarded many honorable titles, such as "Advanced Enterprise with High Quality and Profitability in China", "Advanced Enterprise with Good Quality Management in China", "Advanced Enterprise within National Customer Satisfaction Project".

Some of our productions such as garage door and garage door opener have got the CE certificate. In 1999, XJ passed the certification of ISO9001 Quality System Assessment. In 2003, XJ passed the integrated management system of quality, environment and vocation health and safety.
